RUNS
Our indoor/ outdoor runs are just that. During the day when in their run, your dog has access to their own private indoor and outdoor space.
AIR CONDITIONING & HEAT
Our buildings have air-conditioning and heaters, to make sure your pups are always comfortable.
NETFLIX AND CHILL!
We have TV and music in our kennels now! So when your dog is resting comfortably in their room they'll be able to Netflix and chill just like if they were on the couch at home!
BEHAVIOR CASES
Our dog handlers are Certified Dog Trainers, or are currently in a program working towards their certification. One of our biggest goals is to be able to care for even the extra special pups that might not do so well with strangers or in strange places!
DAILY ACTIVITY & ENRICHMENT
We have spacious exercise yards. Dogs get to go out daily to run around.

WE ARE ON SITE 24/7
Your dogs safety and care is of utmost importance to us. We make sure someone is on the property 24 hours a day 7 days a week. *Except in a time sensitive emergency*
VIDEO, FIRE, & TEMPERATURE MONITORING
All of our buildings are equipped with video cameras, a fire detection system that is linked directly to the fire department, and temperature monitoring to ensure your pup's comfort.
FILTERED WATER
We bring in filtered drinking water for our furry guests.
NIGHTIME SNACKS & TUCK INS WITH LAVENDER
Each night at bedtime, we go around and give all dogs a nighttime snack, a misting of lavender oil for relaxation on blankets and wish them goodnight.
OFFICES IN EACH BUILDING
Each building has one of our team member's desks, so that while your dog stays, they have people around a majority of the day.

Some dogs are just used to being pampered a bit extra. We offer additional enrichment time with our care team that can be added on top of what all dogs get daily.

AGE - Puppies

For this reason, we don't currently board pups under 18 weeks of age. And vaccines take a minimum of 2 weeks to do their job and protect your pup, so they can't get their shots and come the next day, or they are actually more at risk!
HEALTHY DOGS ONLY PLEASE
Your dog must be healthy for their stay. This means no known contagious diseases, coughing, diarrhea, or any other symptoms that may indicate that your dog is ill. Your dog must also be able to walk and move around without assistance. Please understand that this is not only for safety of the other clients at the ranch but for your dog as well. Boarding can be more stressful than staying at home where your dog is used to being, and if they are ill, the additional stress of a change in environment can make them worse.
HAVE TO HAVE BEEN IN A HOME FOR AT LEAST 2 WEEKS
We absolutely LOVE RESCUE DOGS! But, at this time we do not have medical isolation runs, so we can't have dogs coming onto the ranch with an unknown medical history. If you have adopted a dog, or are fostering one, they must have been with you for at least 2 weeks and have no signs of illness before staying at the ranch.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO BOARD ANY DOG.
While we do our best to accommodate all our clients, there may be times where we feel your dog just wouldn't do well at our facility. In this instance we will do our best to provide you with an alternative option, but do refuse the right to refuse to board any dog we deem necessary to do so with.

OLDER DOGS / DOGS WITH CHRONIC MEDICAL ISSUES
We love old dogs!!! Really we do! But sometimes boarding facilities aren't the best place for the older guys. If you have an older dog that you need to board, please call us to talk about your specific dog's needs. If we feel we aren't the best fit for your pup, we will try to provide you with an alternative option.
INTACT DOGS (NOT SPAYED / NEUTERED)
Yes we take dogs that are intact.

We do NOT take females in heat. A female must be 30 days past the bleeding part of their cycle to stay at the ranch.
A TYPICAL DAY AT THE RANCH!
We have someone on site 24/7.
​
Kennel staff check on the dogs around 7am.
​
The dogs are rotated through exercise yards throughout the day. after feeding.
​
When they aren't in exercise yards they are relaxing in their rooms watching TV.
​
We have a staff member's office in the kennel, so they are around someone most of the day.
​
At night pups are given a nighttime snack and tucked in with calming lavender scent.
DAYCARE $75 A DAY
Our daycare dogs get additional activity and enrichment while they are here. We have a limited number of daycare dogs daily.

Required Vaccines
WE MUST HAVE CURRENT COPIES OF YOUR PET'S VACCINES on file to book / confirm your reservation.

RABIES VACCINATION
​
We need a COPY of your pup's RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE.
It must be the certificate, just a receipt doesn't count! This is an animal control requirement, not just us being picky!
​
The Certificate must be FILLED OUT COMPLETELY including SERIAL/ LOT NUMBER and a VETERINARIAN'S SIGNATURE.
​
NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE, A Completed Rabies Certificate must be on file.
Your pup's rabies vaccination MUST BE CURRENT!

Titer tests WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, AS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LAW.

COMBO VACCINE (DISTEMPER/PARVO/+)
We need proof that your pup has received a distemper/parvo combination vaccine.
​
Titer Test: We need proof your pup has been vaccinated for distemper/ parvo within the last 3 years, OR
Proof of your pup's last vaccination AND a positive titer test for distemper and parvo.
KENNEL COUGH / BORDETELLA
We need proof that your pup has received their bordetella vaccine.

Commonly known as the "for kennel cough" vaccine.
CANINE FLU
This is initially a 2 shot series. Your pup must have received their second vaccine a minimum 14 days prior to their stay.
LEPTOSPIROSIS
This is initially a 2 shot series. Your pup must have received their second vaccine a minimum 14 days prior to their stay.
What to Bring WITH YOUR PUP...
YOUR PUP'S FOOD - IN INDIVIDUALLY PACKED MEALS.
Changing your pup's food is hard on their tummy. And an upset stomach makes your pet more uncomfortable during their stay. Please pack your pups in INDIVIDUALLY packed meals.
ANY MEDICATIONS YOUR PET IS ON
Please bring any medications your pup is on and make sure that you send enough medications for your pet's whole stay.
What NOT to Bring WITH YOUR PUP...
IRREPLACEABLE ITEMS
This is like sending your kid to camp. Please don't send things that are irreplaceable or of sentimental value.
ITEMS YOUR DOG COULD DESTROY / AND EAT
Sometimes while in boarding, dogs do things that they don't normally do at home. This means that even if they don't destroy things at home, sometimes they tear things up during their stay.
